Keith Jackson KEITH JACKSON has been appointed dean of the College of Creative Arts at West Virginia University. Prior to his new role, he was interim dean of the college, serving since 2017. Jackson received a bachelor of fine arts in performance from Carnegie Mellon University and a master’s of music in performance and a doctor of music arts, both from Arizona State University.
