MANTOSH Mantosh Dewan DEWAN has been appointed interim president of SUNY Upstate Medical University. Prior to his new role, he served as a SUNY Distinguished Service Professor in the Department of Psychiatry at the university. Dewan earned an M.D. from the University of Bombay and a residency from the University Hospital at SUNY Health Science Center at Syracuse University.
