CAROLINE CHANG has been appointed vice president for research and policy analysis at the Council for Higher Education Accreditation. Prior to her new role, she was director of operations in the Washington, D.C. office of the University of Pennsylvania’s Penn Wharton Public Policy Initiative. Chang earned a bachelor’s degree from Princeton University and a master’s degree from Harvard University.
