BETHANY H. FLORA has been appointed president of Northeast State Community College. Previously, she was an associate professor and an associate director of the Center for Community College Leadership at East Tennessee State University. Flora earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia’s College at Wise, a master’s degree from Tusculum College and a Ph.D. from Virginia Tech.
