KELLY ROUDEBUSH has been appointed the first female chief of the Michigan State University Police Department. Prior to her new role, she served as deputy chief of the field services bureau in the department. Roudebush earned a bachelor’s in communication arts and sciences from Michigan State University and a master’s degree from Western
