Raghunath Kanakala RAGHUNATH KANAKALA has been appointed executive dean of Richland College’s School of Engineering and Technology. Currently, he serves as dean of technical education at Aiken Technical College. Kanakala earned a bachelor’s degree from the Gandhi Institute of Technology and Management, a master’s from the University of Nevada Las Vegas and a master’s and Ph.D. from the University of Nevada Reno.
