MONIKA WILLIAMS SHEALEY has been named senior vice president of the Division of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Rowan University. Prior to her new role, she was dean of the university’s College of Education. Shealey received a bachelor’s and master’s degree from the University of South Florida, an education degree from the University of Miami and a Ph.D. from the University of Central Florida.
