Glynis FitzgeraldGLYNIS FITZGERALD has been named provost and chief academic officer at Alvernia University. Currently, she serves as associate vice president of academic affairs and dean of the School of Graduate Studies at Central Connecticut State University. Fitzgerald received a bachelor’s degree in speech communication from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania and a master’s in organizational communication and a Ph.D. from SUNY Buffalo.
