GLENDA M. PRIME has been appointed dean of Morgan State University’s School of Education and Urban Studies. Most recently, she served as a full professor and the chair of the Department of Advanced Studies, Leadership and Policy at Morgan State. Prime earned a bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biology and statistics, a master’s degree and a Ph.D. all from the University of the West Indies in St. Augustine, Trinidad.
