Alicia Harvey Smith ALICIA B. HARVEY-SMITH has been named president of Pittsburgh Technical College. Currently, she serves as the executive vice chancellor and accreditation liaison at Lone Star College. Harvey-Smith received a bachelor’s degree from Morgan State University, a master’s degree from The Johns Hopkins University and a Ph.D. from the University of Maryland.
