ANGELIQUE FOSTER

ANGELIQUE FOSTER has been named assistant vice president for strategic initiatives for the University of Colorado System. Foster previously served as chief of staff to the president of the University of North Dakota. She hold a bachelor’s degree in theatre and performing arts from North Carolina A&T University and a master’s in fine art degree in stage management from the University of California, Irvine.
