Peggy Valentine PEGGY VALENTINE has been named interim chancellor of Fayetteville State University. She most recently served as dean of the School of Health Sciences at WinstonSalem State University. Valentine earned a bachelor’s through Howard University’s physician assistant program, a master’s in adult education from Howard, and a doctorate in education from Virginia Tech University.
