HELEN CASTELLANOS BREWER

HELEN CASTELLANOS BREWER has been appointed vice president of enrollment management and student affairs at Rockland Community College. She was previously vice president of student development at Union County College. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Maryland, a master’s in counseling from Trinity University, and a doctorate in higher education leadership, management and policy from Seton Hall University.
