FLOYD HARDIN III has been named the senior officer of outreach, inclusion, and strategic partnerships at Rio Salado College. Hardin was executive director of youth programs and compliance for Georgia’s Department of Children and Family Services. Hardin holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and humanities studies from Morehouse College, a master’s in educational psychology from Arizona State University, and a doctorate in organizational leadership from Pepperdine University.
