John Gregory JOHN C. GREGORY has been appointed director of veterans and military student affairs at Kentucky State University. He retired from the U.S. Army as a lieutenant colonel in June. He holds a bachelor’s degree in history from Virginia Military Institute and a master’s degree in criminal justice and doctorate in public policy and administration from Virginia Commonwealth University.
