Braque TalleyBRAQUE TALLEY has been appointed vice chancellor for enrollment and student success at the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff. He previously served as the vice president of enrollment at Rust College in Holly Springs, Mississippi. Talley holds a bachelor’s in English/liberal arts from Rust College, a master’s in urban and regional planning from Alabama A&M University and a Ph.D. in higher education from Jackson State University.
