Sheila Smith MckoySHEILA SMITH MCKOY has been appointed vice provost and vice president for academic affairs at Holy Names University in Oakland, California. McKoy has most recently been serving as chair of the department of English at Kennesaw State University in Georgia. She holds a bachelor’s degree from North Carolina State University, a master’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and a Ph.D. from Duke University.
