KATHERINE FRANK has been named first woman chancellor of the University of Wisconsin-Stout. She has currently been serving as vice president of academic innovation and as a professor of English for Central Washington University. Frank holds a bachelor’s degree in English from Bates College as well as a master’s degree and Ph.D. in English from the University of Washington.
