MONICA ADYA has been named the first woman business dean at Rutgers University-Camden. Currently chair of the management department at Marquette University’s business school, Adya earned her bachelor’s from Shri Ram College Commerce of India, her master’s in computer systems management from Creighton University and her Ph.D. in management from Case Western Reserve University.
