Elizabeth LoboaELIZABETH LOBOA has been appointed provost and vice president for academic affairs at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas. Currently vice chancellor for strategic partnerships and dean and Ketchum Professor of the College of Engineering at the University of Missouri, Loboa holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of California as well as a master’s degree and Ph.D. in bio-mechanical engineering from Stanford University.
