Rafael De La RosaRAFAEL DE LA ROSA has been named assistant vice president for government and community relations at California State University, Northridge (CSUN). Formerly an aide to congressman Brad Sherman and director of government and community relations at CSUN, De La Rosa holds an associate degree from Ventura Community College and a bachelor’s degree in history as well as political science from the University of California, Los Angeles.
