KARIN EDWARDS has been appointed presi-dent of Clark College in Vancouver, Wash-ington. Currently president of Portland Community College’s Cascade Campus, Ed-wards holds a master’s in higher education administration from the State University of New York at Albany and an Ed.D. from Johnson & Wales University.
