Monica Green MONICA GREEN has been named president of Norco College in Norco, California. Interim president of the school since July, Green holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and social relations from the University of California, Riverside; a master’s degree in rehabilitation counseling from California State University, San Bernardino; and a Ph.D. in organizational leadership from Pepperdine University in Malibu, California.
