APRIL WHITE PUGH has been appointed provost at Southern Wesleyan University in South Carolina. Interim provost since June 2019 and previously vice provost for academic affairs and associate vice president for academic excellence at the school, Pugh holds a bachelor’s in political science and a master’s in adult education and human resource development from Florida State University as well as a Ph.D. in psychology from Capella University.
