Lewatis McnealLEWATIS MCNEAL has been named assistant dean of administration of the College of Education and Health Professions at the University of Arkansas. Currently an associate dean in the College of Health and Human Services at Northern Kentucky University, McNeal holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff, a master’s degree from Western Kentucky University and a Ph.D. in public health sciences from the University of Louisville.
