FRANKLIN Franklin TuittA. TUITT has been named vice president and chief diversity officer at the University of Connecticut. A faculty member at the University of Denver and chief diversity officer there from 2015 to 2019, Tuitt holds a bachelor’s in human relations from Connecticut College in New London, a master’s in administration, planning and social policy and an educational Ph.D. from Harvard University.
