RHONDA MOSES has been named associate vice president for enrollment management at Johnson C. Smith University in Charlotte, N.C. Dean of enrollment management at Huston-Tillotson University in Austin, Texas, Moses holds a bachelor’s in business administration and a master’s in education administration from the University at Buffalo of the State University of New York as well as a Ph.D. in higher education from Capella University.
