OPHELIE ROWE-ALLEN

Ophelie Rowe AllenOPHELIE ROWE-ALLEN has been appointed dean of students and chief student affairs officer at the University of New Haven. Previously associate dean of students and director of residence life; associate dean of assessment; and director of student diversity and multicultural affairs at Fairfield University, Rowe-Allen holds a bachelor’s in psychology and a master’s in mental health counseling from St. Thomas University. She also holds a Ph.D. in counseling education and supervision from Argosy University.
