Michelle Rogers MICHELLE ROGERS has been appointed to the new joint position of director of workforce development for Virginia’s Gateway Region and the Community College Workforce Alliance. Rogers has more than 15 years of experience in economic development in Virginia and most recently served as a business manager for Virginia Economic Development Partnership. She is a graduate of Southern New Hampshire University.
