GLORIA OIKELOME has been appointed vice president of academic affairs at Montgomery County Community College in Blue Bell, Penn. Also dean of health sciences at the school, Oikelome holds a bachelor’s degree in biology from Bethel University, a master’s degree in cell & molecular biology/science education from Long Island University and an Ed.D. in higher education administration from Immaculata University.
