TAMARA WILLIAMS has been named interim vice president for workforce solutions at Tidewater Community College in Virginia. Previously, Williams has served as dean of academic affairs at Central Piedmont Community College and as associate vice provost at Owens Community College. She holds a bachelor’s in communications, a master’s in higher education and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in higher education administration at the University of Toledo.
