LOWELL K. DAVIS has been named vice chancellor for student affairs at the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. Currently associate vice chancellor for student success at Western Carolina University, Davis holds a bachelor’s in secondary English education and a master’s in counseling from Hampton University as well as a Ph.D. in higher education administration and student affairs from Indiana University.
