JACQUELINE GILL POWELL

JACQUELINE GILL POWELL has been named special assistant to the chancellor of the Virginia Community College System. Gill was previously president of Danville Community College in Virginia and president of Metropolitan Community College in Kansas City, Missouri. She holds bachelor’s, master’s and doctoral degrees from Texas A&M University and a master’s degree from the University of Texas at Arlington.
