VANESSA BLAIR-LEWIS has been appointed head coach of women’s basketball at George Mason University. Head women’s basketball coach at Bethune-Cookman University for 13 seasons, Blair-Lewis helped the Wildcats to their first NCAA Tournament appearance. Blair-Lewis was previously a college athlete and coach at Mount St. Mary’s. She was a two-time NEC Player of the Year for Mount St. Mary’s, and is a part of the Mount St. Mary’s Hall of Fame, as well as the NEC Hall of Fame.
