LAURA JACK has been appointed chief diversity officer at Colgate University. Vice president for communications at the university, Jack was previously vice president of development and alumni relations operations at Howard University. Jack holds a bachelor’s from Pace University and an MBA in marketing management and a master’s in higher education administration from Baruch College of the City University of New York. She is pursuing a Ph.D. in higher education administration at Syracuse University.
