TIMOTHY L. MILLNER

TIMOTHY L. MILLNER has been appointed executive director of physical facilities management at Howard University. Previously director of capital planning and construction for the University of the District of Columbia, Millner holds a bachelor’s degree in architecture from Howard, a master’s degree in urban and regional planning from the University of Florida and a juris doctorate from Temple University.
