TRACEY OSBORNE

TRACEY OSBORNE has been appointed director of the Center for Climate Justice at the University of California. Currently a management of complex systems professor at the University of California, Merced, Osbourne holds a bachelor’s degree from Wesleyan University, a master’s degree from the University of Florida and a Ph.D. from the University of California, Berkeley.
