Sharmistha Bagchi SenSHARMISTHA BAGCHI-SEN has been appointed director of the School of Geographical Sciences and Urban Planning at Arizona State University. Previously a professor at the University at Buffalo of the State University of New York System, Bagchi-Sen holds a Ph.D. in geography and a certificate in global policy studies from the University of Georgia.
