DAVID CHRISTOPHER HOWARD has been appointed director of alumni and constituency relations at Jackson State University in Mississippi. He has been serving in the role on an interim basis since January and has been on Jackson State’s staff since 2005. He holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Jackson State.
