Reinvented UDC to open this month

Classes start later this month at a reinvented University of the District of Columbia.  According to the examiner.com, the District’s only public college will now operate as two entities – a two-year community college open to all and a four-year “flagship” university with selective admissions.  It’s a big change for UDC, which for decades had an open-enrollment policy for four-year students.
