Kanye West Gifts 5,000 Tickets to Atlanta HBCUs to Attend Album Listening Party

The billionaire rapper and businessman Kanye West is giving 5,000 free tickets to the listening party for his new and highly-anticipated album “Donda” to several Atlanta-area HBCUs, reported Page Six of The New York Post.

Faculty, staff and students of Clark Atlanta University, Morehouse College, Morehouse School of Medicine, Spelman College, Morris Brown College and Interdenominational Theological Center will be able to attend the event at the Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta.

“Donda,” which is West’s tenth album, is named after his late mother, Dr. Donda West. It comes two years after his last album, “Jesus Is King.”
