Regents Meet to Hear Report on College Cuts

Georgia’s state colleges and universities are expected to report Wednesday on how they plan to deal with expected budget cuts.  According to firstnewscoast.com, the report will come during the state Board of Regents meeting in Atlanta starting at 8:30 a.m. Each of the state’s 35 campuses has been asked to submit plans for 4 percent, 6 percent and 8 percent cuts.
