FAIRFAX, Va.โ€” Diverse: Issues In Higher Education along with the National Institute for Staff and Organizational Development (NISOD) is pleased to announce the 2023 Most Promising Places to Work in Community Colleges. The selections will be published in the May 25 edition of the magazine.

Focusing on workplace diversity, staffing practices, and work environment, the research team uses a web-based survey approach to examine categories such as family friendliness, salary/benefits, and professional development opportunities to determine the list. The 20 most promising places to work in community colleges (in alphabetical order) are:

Honorable mentions include Houston Community College, Maricopa Community Colleges, Gateway Community College, and College of the Mainland.

Diverse: Issues In Higher Education will present this national recognition to the winners during the NISOD annual meeting, May 27-30 in Austin, Texas.
