FAIRFAX, Va. — Diverse: Issues In Higher Education along with the National Institute for Staff and Organizational Development (NISOD) is pleased to announce the 2025 Most Promising Places to Work in Community Colleges (MPPWCC). The selections will be published in the May 1 edition of the magazine.Focusing on workplace diversity, staffing practices, and work environment, the research team uses a web-based survey approach to examine categories such as family friendliness, salary/benefits, and professional development opportunities to determine the list.The 16 Most Promising Places to Work in Community Colleges (in alphabetical order) are:
