Charles Guthrie Appointed Director of Athletics at University of Akron

Charles Guthrie has been selected director of athletics at University of Akron, WKSU reported.

Previously, Guthrie has served as athletic director at Clark College, San Francisco State University and University of Wisconsin-Green Bay.

He holds a bachelor’s in political science from Syracuse University and a master’s degree in educational administration and policy from University of Albany.
