Previously, Clark was executive director of the Offi ce of Human Relations Programs at UNLV. Clark earned a bachelor’s from Franklin & Marshall College and a master’s and doctorate from the University of Massachusetts Amherst

DR. DANIEL L. HOWARD has been appointed executive director of the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation Center for Health Policy at Meharry Medical College (Tenn.). Howard was a professor in the College of Arts and Sciences at Shaw University. He earned a bachelor’s from the University of Michigan and a doctorate from Vanderbilt University

DR. ELLIS INGRAM is senior associate dean for diversity and inclusion at the University of Missouri School of Medicine

Ingram serves as an associate professor at the University of Missouri School of Medicine. He earned a bachelor’s from the University of Michigan, a master’s from the University of Missouri and doctor of medicine from the University of Michigan

MARK NILES has been appointed dean of the School of Law at Seattle University

Niles serves as associate dean for academic affairs at American University

He earned a bachelor’s from Wesleyan University and a juris doctorate from Stanford University

DR. TOMMIE L. ROBINSON JR. Is president of the American Speech-Language- Hearing Association. Robinson serves as director of the Scottish Rite Center for Childhood Language Disorders at Children’s National Medical Center in Washington, D.C. He holds a bachelor’s and master’s from the University of Mississippi and a doctorate from Howard University

DR. RONALD S. ROCHON is vice president for academic affairs at the University of Southern Indiana. Rochon formerly served as associate vice president for teacher education and dean of the School of Education at Buffalo State College

He earned a bachelor’s from Tuskegee University and a master’s and doctorate from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign

DR. JOSEPH HOWARD SILVER is vice president for academic affairs at Clark Atlanta University (Ga.). Silver was vice president of the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools. He holds a bachelor’s from St. Augustine’s College and a master’s and doctorate from Atlanta University

BOBBY SOLOMON has been appointed dean for student affairs for the Effi ngham Campus at Savannah Technical College (Ga.). Solomon was a manager for the Army Career and Alumni Program in Germany. He earned a bachelor’s from Tuskegee University and a master’s from Troy State University.
