ELREO CAMPBELL has been appointed an associate dean and director of financial aid at Colby College. He was dean of student financial services at Newbury College. Campbell earned an associate from the Community College of Philadelphia, a bachelor’s from Drexel University and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.
