WILLIAM FRANKLIN has been appointed vice president for the Division of Student Affairs at California State University, Dominguez Hills (CSUDH). He was interim vice president for enrollment management and student affairs at CSUDH. Franklin earned a bachelor’s and a master’s from California State University, Northridge, and a doctorate from Stanford University.

CANDACE CAMPBELL JACKSON has been appointed vice president and chief of staff at Syracuse University. She was vice president for student success and vice provost for academic success at the University of Akron.
