ANAND S. DESAI has been named dean of the W. Frank Barton School of Business at Wichita State University. He will assume the position in July. Desai is currently associate dean for academic administration at Kansas State University. He earned a bachelor’s from Maharaja Sayajirao University in India, a master’s from Iowa State University, an MBA from Oklahoma State University and a doctorate from the University of Michigan.

TONY MOORE has been named the new vice president for technology administration at Xavier University of Louisiana. He served as vice president for information and technology management for the Southern University System in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Moore earned a bachelor’s from Southern University and a master’s from Louisiana State University.
