Stepping Up

As a graduate of an HBCU, it was good to hear that another university has stepped up to the plate in fulfilling the needs of this academic study. The one thing that concerns me is that no HBCU was listed as future pursuers of this academic study level. I look forward to seeing Morgan State University, Howard University or any other HBCU providing this same Black studies doctoral opportunity.
